ITC from wind turbine + Section 30C ITCs from DC fast-charging (EV charging) projects
Crux Climate facilitated Rivian's transfer of ITC from a wind turbine and Section 30C alternative fuel vehicle refueling credits from 2023 DC fast-charging projects. IRS 30C guidance came out during the transaction (Sept 2024), providing market certainty. Small credit volume where tax equity wouldn't have been realistic.
