Originally tendered as SunEdison bid (~$50/MWh; range reported $45-$55/MWh), but Austin City Council on May 15 2014 awarded to Recurrent Energy at <5¢/kWh fixed. Recurrent sold controlling interest to Southern Power at COD (Nov 30 2016). Roserock was first US large-scale solar contract under 5¢/kWh. Disclosed PPA strike price reported in primary source.
