Texas-panhandle wind technically located within ERCOT state geography but project interconnects to Southwest Power Pool. The higher implied rate vs. Canadian Hills/Flat Ridge 2 may reflect inclusion of REC value and capacity charges. Disclosed PPA strike price reported in primary source.
