Puget Sound Energy acquires Schnebly Coulee Solar (90 MW) from Invenergy via Asset Purchase Agreement. Project on ~1,314 acres in Kittitas County, WA. Construction began August 2025; COD targeted June 2029. Expected to generate ~213 GWh annually (powers ~20,000 homes). Interconnects at Wind Ridge 230 kV substation. Supports PSE's Clean Energy Transformation Act (CETA) compliance.
