Revolution Wind — 700 MW offshore wind, offshore Rhode Island
Revolution Wind achieved commercial operations on March 16, 2026, becoming the third US offshore wind project to deliver power to the grid. The 700 MW project is co-developed by Ørsted and Skyborn Renewables (owned by Global Infrastructure Partners) and supplies power under 20-year PPAs to utilities in Rhode Island and Connecticut. Expected to power 350,000+ homes.
