Wheeler's departure to launch Paul Weiss's Houston office was one of the biggest lateral moves in energy M&A law. He advised on Marathon Oil's $22.5B sale to ConocoPhillips and ONEOK's $18.8B acquisition of Magellan Midstream Partners.

Coddington joins Palmetto (consumer solar, storage, HVAC platform) from Peloton, where she led global finance through a major transformation. Prior: VP Finance at Amazon Web Services. Palmetto closed a $420M solar asset securitization in October 2025; her hire signals readiness for further capital markets activity. Effective March 30, 2026.
