David Rosner has been named Commissioner at Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (from Energy Industry Analyst (detailed to U.S. Senate Energy and Natural Resources Committee), Federal Energy Regulatory Commission).
Biden-appointed Democrat confirmed alongside Lindsay See and Judy Chang, restoring FERC to its full five-member complement for the first time since 2022. Rosner briefly served as FERC Chairman from August to October 2025 before Swett was designated.
