How it works: Weighted LeaderRank methodology
Rankings are computed using Weighted LeaderRank (Li et al., Physica A, 2014), a variant of PageRank designed for social influence networks. The algorithm measures who influences the conversation based on real engagement patterns — not follower counts.
Input signals: Twitter replies/quotes/retweets, LinkedIn comments, Bluesky engagement, podcast guest appearances (editorial endorsement), and conference speaking invitations. Platform budgets are normalized so no single platform dominates.
